He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurmer Barbour and Ruth Barbour (Hoard); and his siblings, Steven Barbour, June Sherman and Patricia Cahoon.
He is survived by: his wife Karen J. (Herbert); his children, Troy Barbour of Louisiana, Annette Barbour of Howell, MI, Patrice Elkins of Jackson, MI and Christine Bremiller (Michael) of Jackson, MI; and his sisters, Karen Olson of Tennessee and Kathy Freeman of Ypsilanti. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
