He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Abbey and Kathleen Abbey (Oaks). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean (Wright); and his children, Cristina Lindow (Nova) of California, Melissa McClure (Ian) of Stockbridge and Edward Abbey (Paige) of Stockbridge. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
