He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Shirley (Brown); his grandsons, Clark Titus Jr and Brad Reilly; his sister Barbara Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Biehn, Mary Wright, Betty Martin, Dan Cowan, Bill Biehn and Paul Wright.
He is survived by: his spouse Connie Sue Cowan; his children, Patricia Riba (Reginald), Charles Kitley (Jo), Carl Kitley (Teri) and Dawn Titus (Clark); his grandchildren, Heather, Justin, Amber, Staci, Mike, Matt, Jake and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Ben, Nick, Kevin, Cooper, Avery, Lucas, Hunter, Parker, June, Kaitlin, Kara, Kathryn and Brenton; his siblings, George Kitley (Jan) and Janet Senyko (Ed); and his sister-in-law Betty Cowan.
