It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Byron J. Stanfield of Munith, Michigan, who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John A. Stanfield and Mercy Stanfield; his wife Gladys I. Harr; his daughters, Judy McDonald of Ann Arbor and Cindy Hughes (Frank) of Vero Beach, FL; his daughter-in-law Brenda Arndt-Stanfield of Jackson; his grandchildren, Rebecca Satterlee of Holt, MI, Aaron Goodlock (Jennifer) of Denver, CO, Emily Satterlee of Nashville, TN and Heather Bromley of Byron, MI; and his sisters-in-law, Vonetta Mills of Chelsea and Lillian Howe of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys, a son, John L. Stanfield, and a son-in-law, Mark McDonald. Due to Covid-19 concerns, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
