He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Marie Dolaskie; and his father Thomas John Dolaskie II. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Dolaskie IV (Ana-Marija) of Munising, Joseph Dolaskie (Erin) of Munising, MI and Valerie Ford (Casey) of Munising; his grandchildren, Elliot Dolaskie, Sullivan Ford, Jones Ford, Nolan, Carianne Dolaskie, Thomas John Dolaskie V and Filimena Eva Dolaskie; his mother Gladys Dolaskie; and his siblings, Bonnie Lau (Mark), Kathy Manville (Jim) and Lu MacPherson (Don).

Memorials in memory of Tom may be directed to the Peter Jonas Community Band.
