It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Johnson of Munising, Michigan, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel and Peggy; his parents-in-law, Leo and Edith Beaudoin; and his sister Sally.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Johnson of Munising; his children, Dean Johnson (Mary) of AuTrain, Paul (Cheryl Bowman) of Waxhaw, NC and Laurie Conn (Jeff) of Fowlerville, MI; his grandchildren, Dean Jr., Sean, Jacob, Michael, Bryan, Alex, Ethan and Emily; and his sister Judy Rousseau (Bill) of Christmas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
The pandemic took its toll on Rollie's social visits, but he was always dependable to those who needed him.
