He is survived by: his children, Colonel Kelly Judith Nebel and Mark Nebel (Kelly Jo) of Sarasota, FL; his grandchildren, Dr. Marguerite Weinert (Joel), Mark Cullen, Cole Nebel, Isabella Nebel and Ava Nebel; his siblings, Nancy Palmer of Grand Rapids, MI, Mary Sue Hansen of Big Rapids, MI and Charles E. Nebel of Munising; his nieces and nephews, Charles C. Nebel (Denise), Karl Hansen (Michelle), Philip Hansen, Richard Wallace Nebel (Jamie), William Palmer (Anna), Camie Conklin (Christopher) and Mary Flanigan (James); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle Christian, Cameron Nebel, Keegan Nebel, Chase Nebel, Kane Nebel, Sarita Hansen, Sabine Hansen, Sophie Hansen, Isabelle Nebel, Larson Nebel, Brian Palmer, Owen Palmer, Quinn Palmer, Lucy Jo Palmer, Emma Conklin, Jack Conklin, Eleanor Flanigan, James Flanigan and Richard Flanigan; and also, Philip Palmer, Richard Hansen and Mary Alice Nebel. He is also survived by children, friends, coworkers.
