He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mikulich and Beatrice Mikulich (Gamelin). He is survived by: his former wife Karen L. Trumbell; his wife Karen Mikulich of Norton Shores; his daughters, Stephanie Mikulich of New York, NY and Meredith Hodges (James) of Muskegon, MI; and his brother Dennis Gamelin (Deanna) of Munising. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
