He is survived by: his children, Evangeline "Eve" Rusk (Terry), Christine Nace (Dave), Sara Rye (John) and Samuel Hendrickson (Jill); and his grandchildren, Ted Rusk, Philip Nace, Keith Rusk and Christi Ann Baehr. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
