She was predeceased by: her husband Frank E. Hamilla; her parents, Annette Boyak and Felix Boyak; and her siblings, Joseph, Lorraine Boucher (Paul), Mark Boyak, Ann Sowa (Ed), Bob Boyak, Jeanne Strand (Ron) and Fuzzy Boyak.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Hamilla (Lori) of Boyne City, Marilyn Oas (Eric) of Manistique, Mark Hamilla (Amy) of Marquette and Carrie Mattson of Munising; her grandchildren, Madison (Molly Hamilla), Alex Oas, Josie (Mylie Hamilla) and Frankie (Anthony Mattson); her sister Cathy Hamilla (Tooker) of Flushing; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Boyak, Deanna Boyak of Munising, Carolyn Boyak of Garden City and Carol Calkins of Muskegon; and her close friend Clare Prunick of Munising. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, and cousins.
