He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Moore and Lyla Moore (Robinson); his siblings, Don Moore (Kathy) and Jan Sigsby; his sister-in-law Connie Moore; and his nephew Dennis Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Moore of Mt. Morris, MI; his daughters, Jeri Marie Moore of Flint, Andrea Jones, Jr. (Richard) of Andrews, TX, Trina Aviles and Tina Bindschatel; his grandchildren, Tyler Burkett, Sharia Smith (John), Jasmine Haywood and Joshua Haywood (Adrianne); his great grandchildren, Syiera Haywood, Koryan Boyd, La'Monta Holder, Sa'Niya, Ka'Miya White, Joslyn and Scarlette Haywood; and his siblings, Dale Moore (Phyllis) of Mt. Morris, Dean Moore of Prescot, AZ, Jeff Moore of Escanaba and Sue Trombly-Matzen (Nick) of Munising. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
