It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Claire Heaviland of Munising, Michigan, born in Trenton, Michigan, who passed away on May 20, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Zella Lucille Higgins (Pope); and her brother Vern Higgins. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Heaviland (Aimee Lanphere) of Evanston, IL and Thomas Heaviland (Joanne) of Carlsbad, CA; and her grandchildren, Christian Heaviland and Gianna Heaviland.
