He was predeceased by: his parents, Duke O'Leary and Rosie O'Leary (Ostrowski); and his brother Trent O'Leary. He is survived by: his sons, Cody O'Leary and Adam O'Leary (Jessica); his grandchildren, Owen, Kallie and Olivia; his siblings, Terence O'Leary (Tammy) and Shelli O'Leary; and his nieces, Brittany and Madison.
