He is survived by: his wife Jody Lynn; his children, Stacie VanOchten (Scott), Michael Poirier Jr. (Melanie) and Lisa VanWormer (Marc); his grandchildren, Megan VanOchten (Robert Hutchinson), Elizabeth, Austin Poirier, Katie and Emma VanWormer; his brothers, Randy Poirier (Laura), Timothy Poirier (Barbara) and Gregory Poirier (Lisa); his brother-in-law Ed Pfund (Michelle); and his aunt Tarry Parker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
