He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Oltman and Julia Oltman (VanDenBoom); his wife Norma Mielens; and his brothers, Jerry and Larry Oltman.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Chase (Todd), Chris Oltman (Teri), Chad Oltman (Tanya) and Tammi Oltman; his grandchildren, Todd Chase Jr., Travis Chase, Tonya Zube (Tim), Amanda Serrato, Alyssa Serrato, Zachary Oltman, Johnathon Oltman, Hunter Oltman, Mackenzie Thompson, Nathan Houghtaling and Aubree Kusterer; his great grandchildren, Jace Serrato, Carmen Harris and Peyton Wahl; his sisters, Marge Duyck (Art), Marguerite Jakus, Carol Gauthier, Janet Dinsmoore, Diane Erndt (Gerry), Ann Wegener (Royce) and Linda Deisig (Jeff); and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Oltman, Dianne Aspin (Bill) and Lois Schabel (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
