She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Schmidt and Linda Schmidt (Kernstock); her husband Martin F. Bublitz; her sister Joan Leinberger; her niece Carrie Anne Harrington; and her godson Mark Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Catherine Bublitz (Brad), Martin T. Bublitz Jr. and Rev. Marvin A. Bublitz (Linda); her grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah Winkler, Nicole, Kevin, Alyssa and Kayla Bublitz; her siblings, Nancy Rood (Larry), Roy Schmidt (Donna), Gilbert Schmidt (Karen) and Wayne Schmidt (Angie); her brother-in-law Ken Leinberger (Judy); and her godmother Stella Peoples. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
