She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Edward and Edna Sommer (Robbins); her daughter Beverly Lynch; her grandson Daniel Etue; her great grandchild Joshua Etue; and her siblings, Fritz Sommer and Bertha Meeks.
She is survived by: her husband Chester Kawiecki; her daughters, Yvonne Johnson (Michael) and Janis London; her grandchildren, Doris, Frederick Johnson (Cheryl), Brian Johnson, Heath Johnson, Rhonda McDowell and Renee London; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Bailey, Jordan, Dakota, Brooklyn, Alexander, James, Forest and Marshall; her great great grandchild Xavier; and her sisters, Ellen Sommerfeld, Marilyn Sommer and Sheryl Miller.
