She was predeceased by: her parents, Amador Garcia and Sara Garcia (Menchaca); her husband Herbert Thayer; her son Terry Thayer; and her grandson Terry Thayer Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Huskins (Albert) and Cindy Watson (Duane Ahrens); her daughter-in-law Sandy Thayer; her grandchildren, Keith Huskins (Vickie), Albert Jr. Huskins (Laurie), Brian Huskins, Scott Huskins, Mark Thayer (Janae), Ricky Watson and Kari Wolff; her great grandchildren, Reese Thayer, Micah Thayer, Kyle Huskins, Jacob Huskins, Ricky Watson Jr., Amber Watson, Megan Greer (Jerry), Haley Henning (Sky), Gunner LaPan and Cayson Schafsnitz; her great great grandchildren, Connor, Collin, Cailyn Greer, Julian and Jaxson Sadrianna; and her brother Alfred Garcia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
