He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Paul Campbell and Marjorie Cordingly Martin Campbell; his wife Carole Jean Campbell; and his brothers, David Q. Campbell and Martin Wade Campbell.

He is survived by: his sons, Jack Campbell (Amy) of Mulliken, MI and William Campbell (Sandra) of Lansing, MI; and his grandchildren, Travis, Brooke, Joseph and Alexandria.
