He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Parish Sr. and Mary Lee Rodeman; his brother Mike Parish; and his daughter Teresa Nighbert. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandi Craven (Butch), Elaine Martin (Dave) and Jim Parish; and his children, Scott Parish (Ronda), Sara Parish and Amy Jo Brown (Judd). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks contributions be made to the Charlotte High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
