It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Ruth Merryfield of Mulliken, Michigan, born in Grand Ledge, Michigan, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Doolittle and Ruth Doolittle (Collins); her husband Kenneth Merryfield; her brother John; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Doolittle.
She is survived by: her children, Kendall Merryfield (Linda), Lynn Merryfield (Linda "Marty" King), John Merryfield, Jilaine Totten (Ron) and Kevin Merryfield (Brynda). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
