He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Dave Jr. (Brandie) of California, Denny of Florida and Colleen of Florida; his stepson Josh Prether (Cara) of Potterville, MI; his grandchildren, Desmond, Dean and Julianna; his brother Mark (Deb) of Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Blizzard (Dale), Nancy Zalewski (Michael), Karen Hammontree, Char Gossett (Rand), Diana Cronk (Sam), Janie Mena (Johnny) and Michelle Starin (Tom).
