He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hecht; his daughters, Renee Cusack and Jody Weits (Sievert); his granddaughters, Chelsy Cusack and Louisa Weits; and his siblings, Doug Cusack (Nancy), Chris Cusack (Tammy), Connie Malek (Chuck), Carol Smith, Ginny Beardslee (Gale), Vivian Hawn (Freddie) and Brenda Dalton.
