He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry R. Bennett and Eileen Bennett (Martin); his wife Trudie Jane Little; and his sister Marilyn Kirby. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Bennett (Julie) of Ionia, Timothy Bennett (Debra) of Greenville and Chris Bennett (Carol) of Saranac; his grandchildren, Sarah Farhat (Taleb) of Greenville, Jenna Bennett of Okemos, Braden Bennett (Kaitlynne), Nathan Lindy of Grand Rapids, Chauntel Bennett of Las Vegas, Cory Bennett (McKenna) of Grand Rapids, Cody Bennett of Saranac, Brenton Wells (Amanda) of California, Bradley Wells (Melissa) of Lowell and Nicole Thayer (Randy) of Portland; and his brother Gary Bennett (Edith) of Muir.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Funeral Home (3521 S State Rd, Ionia, MI 48846). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
