David Charles left this world on December 27, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Glen and Blanche Luelle Edmonds (Loudenbeck); and his sister Agnes Melvin. He is survived by: his wife Joan Carol Wright; his daughters, Keli Deone Edmonds of Crystal and Sheli Marie Davis of Muir; his grandsons, Zachary David Gilliland (Katy), Jacob Scott Davis (Brittanie), Blake Scott Edmonds (Macy) and Devon Dean Davis; his great grandchildren, Gage Gabriel, Tate Kasen, Brody Diesel and Briggs David; his stepsons, Jon Bassett (Lele) of Pensacola, Jeff Bassett of St. Johns and Jason Bassett; and his stepgrandchildren, Heidi (Joe), Joey (Elizabeth), J. J. (Lexi) and Sam. He is also survived by several nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ionia Moose Lodge (869 E Lincoln Ave, Ionia, MI 48846).
