Cherlyn Ward Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2022, at the age of 77, Cherlyn Ward of Muir, Michigan, born in Ionia, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl K. Houserman and Joyce J. Houserman (Nemetz); her husband Jim; her stepsons, Bruce and Dennis Ward; her granddaughter Melissa Hunter; her brother Pat Houserman; and her nephew Christopher Houserman.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael A. Hunter of Ionia and Anthony L. Hunter (Tammy) of Lyons; her stepchildren, Donna Schafer (Tim) of Muir, Brenda Porter (Bob) of Manton, Ron Ward of Lansing, Robert "Red" Ward of Hubbardston, John Ward of Hubbardston and Anthony Ward of Carson City; her sisters, Paula Houserman of Ionia and Michelle Pelon (Art) of Fenwick; and her sister-in-law Wendi Houserman of Muir. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church or to the Hubbardston American Legion.
