He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Recker and Ulah Recker (Welch). He is survived by: his wife Wilda Carrier; his sons, Kevin Recker (Tammy), Randy Recker (Veronica), James Recker (Kim) and Terry Recker (Pattie); and his siblings, Duke Recker (Onalee), JoAnn Yuncker and Betty Waversik (Ron). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
