He is survived by: his wife Ann; his stepchildren, Jill Pickering (Dave) of Midland, Julie Sheahan (Pat) of North Aurora, IL, Jack Brooks (Jean) of Mt. Pleasant, June Bonstelle (Matt) of Lake, Joan Travis (Harold) of Shepherd, Rick Smalley (Rhonda) of Shepherd, Jan Goosmann (Paul) of Wyoming and Andrea Smalley (Jim Schmidt) of Nora, IL; his grandchildren, Maureen Leach (Aaron), Alison Sheahan, Kevin Sheahan (Dannielle), Jason Ellis (Kimberly), Ashley Spencer, Justin Travis, Jessica Brooks (Rick Luna) and Cody Brooks (Christine); his great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Lucian, Amara, Haleigh, Joel, Emily, Adeline, Felix, Octavian, Arelia, Jax and Elle; his brother Dan Brooks of Mt. Pleasant; and his son-in-law Randy Ellis. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
