He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Theisen and Lena Mae Theisen (Olger); his siblings, Mary Sproule, Jack Theisen and Thomas Theisen; and his siblings-in-law, Henry Ahlers, Robert Sproule, Nancy Theisen and Janet Theisen.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bourland; his daughters, Deborah Stack (Randy) of Oil City and Angela Everingham (Mark) of Indian River; his grandchildren, Cody Everingham (Drew Rose), Cameron Everingham, Robert Stack (Sanne) and Megan Stack; his siblings, Phyllis Ahlers of Mt. Pleasant, Eugene Theisen of Mt. Pleasant, Rita Cline (Bruce) of Marshall, Pauline Thomas (Steve) of Laingsburg and Patrick Theisen (Sue) of DeWitt; and his sister-in-law Brenda Theisen of Lake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
