He was predeceased by: his parents, Rugg Foltz and Louise Foltz (Russell); and his siblings, Ed Foltz (Josephine), Tom Foltz (Maize), Jack Foltz (Alice), Frank Foltz (Lois) and Peggy Foltz.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Freeborn; his children, Kari Harrison (Tom) and Kyle Foltz (Celestina); his grandchildren, Elaina Foltz and Luke Foltz; and his siblings, Joe Foltz (Rebecca), Ted Foltz (Patti), Judy Todink (John) and Bonnie Foltz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
