It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Lynn Sexton of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, born in Owosso, Michigan, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jim, Paula Gouge, John and Catherine Mahoney. She is survived by: her parents, Jim Gouge and Catherine "Kitty" Gouge of Owosso; her husband John Sexton; her daughter Katie; her brother Jim Gouge of Owosso; her sister-in-law Michelle Brzenk-Gouge of Florida; her nieces, Sydnie, Samantha and Shelby; and her close friend Brandy Kenny of Oakley. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
