Though Ruth Anne may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ruth Anne leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sowle and Elizabeth Sowle (Bugbee). She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Sowle Blake; and her nieces and nephews, Karen Blake, Kathleen Cotton (Jack), Beth Trombley (Tom), Kevin Blake (Kathy) and Bill Sowle III (Betsy). She is also survived by several cousins; great-nephews; one great-niece; one great-great nephew; and many friends.
