He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Wilbur and Marjorie Wilbur (Mullin). He is survived by: his wife Pansy Wilbur; and his children, Diane Long (Jeffrey), Pamela Lavender (Terry), Karla French (Richard) and Dale Wilbur (Tonya). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 3 sisters.
