He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Sheahan and Beatrice Elizabeth Schafer; his brother Larry Sheahan; and his nephew Mitchel Sheahan. He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Smith (Diane), Janet Courtright (Bob), Bill Sheahan, Bruce Sheahan (Cara) and Mark Sheahan (Tracy). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
