He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Hoffman and Lucille Hoffman (Jaquay); his siblings, Allan, John, Art, Forrest Hoffman, Harriet "Beth" Russell (Hoffman) and Alice Machesney (Hoffman); and his nieces, Deborah Hoffman and Charlotte Hudson (Hoffman).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hoffman (Hanson); his son Daniel Hoffman (Holly); his grandchildren, Julia and Carter; his daughter Joy Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Kylie (Stone), Averey and Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
