He is survived by: his mother Fern Elizabeth Cook (Pelton); his wife Sheila Ash Cook; his sons, Jonathan "Johnny" Cook and Josh Dubke (Cynthia); and his brother Timothy Cook.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Little Salt River Park (519 E Wright Ave, Shepherd, MI 48883).
