He was predeceased by: his parents, D. John Tuzas and Kathryn Tuzas Tuzas (Sal); his sister Phyllis Ott; and his son-in-law Pablo Perez Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Heather Perez (Christopher Ramirez), Felisha Costello (Angelo) and Matthew Tuzas, Jr. (Kori); his grandchildren, Pablo Jr., Edward, Kayla, Benjamin, Dominic, Jamison, Julian, Brennan, Samuel, Alexander, Aurora and Esme; and his siblings, Michael Tuzas (Lisa), Timothy Tuzas (Doreen), Brett Tuzas (Beth) and Janelle Kiedel (Jerry). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
