We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022, at the age of 83, Mary Joan Wagner of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Schneider and Helen Schneider (Hoyt); her husband Frank Wagner; her siblings, Dick Schneider, Jim Schneider, Phillip Schneider and Lenore Baty; and her siblings-in-law, Catherine Martin, Helen Schneider, Patricia Schneider, Hubert Schroek, Ronald Thelen and Ted Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, John Schafer (Dawn) of South Carolina, Bernard Schafer (Marilyn) of Mt. Pleasant and Mary Welsh of Mt. Pleasant; her stepdaughters, Theresa Semple (Tom), Sharon Gamble of Farmington, MI, Julia Innis (Douglas) and Christina Narr (Tim); her siblings, Annette Thelen, Cecilia Hamilton, Cathy Schneider (Linda), Theresa Rinkoski (Tom), Patricia Estelle (Bill), Paul Schneider and Robert Schneider (Brenda); and her brother-in-law William Martin. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
