She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Schafer and Florence Schafer (Breuer); and her brother Daniel Schafer. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Bragg; her children, Andrea Bragg of Mt. Pleasant, Nicole Thrush (Michael) of Mt. Pleasant, Tony Bragg (Regina) of Mt. Pleasant and Ryan Bragg (Emma Leigh) of Shepherd; her grandchildren, Hayden Thrush, Landen Thrush, Harlow Thrush, Bailey Newberry (Evan), Shelby Thrush, Audrey Yatch, Matthew Zakrajsek, Preston Bragg and Lorelei Bragg; her great grandchild Roselie Newberry; and her siblings, Ron Schafer (Joyce), Jim Schafer (Janice), Julie McBride (Gary), George Schafer (Joanne), Fred Schafer (Vicky) and Scott Schafer (Brenda). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
During the pandemic, she helped her grandchildren with online classes, and continued with their afterschool tutoring.
