She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Neff and Arlene Neff (Wilson); and her siblings, Thomas Neff and Sandra Neff. She is survived by: her children, Troy Block (Jackie) and Wendy Ridenour (Kris); her grandchildren, Chelsea Madejek (Zachary) and Joshua Thrush; and her great grandchild Ronin Thrush. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
