He is survived by: his wife Penny Hand; his children, Amanda Lynn Hand, Jamie Kayette Kuenzel, Ralph James Hand (Jill) and Jacob Hand (Christine); his foster son Steven Young; and his siblings, Robert Hand (Donna) of Sanford, MI, Thomas Hand of Dollar Bay, MI, Donald Hand of Sanford, MI and Susan Muto (Thomas) of Midland, MI. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
