He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and DeEtta Smith; his siblings, Loren, Candy, Eva Jane and Mary Ann (Sandra M. Smith); and his great grandchild Addison.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sanya (Nick), Linsey (Josh), Erica (Tyler), Brendan, McKenzie, Megan, Peyton, Brayden, Dylan, Cody and Macie; his great grandchildren, Damon, Jayni Lee, Emry, Zoey, Destiny, Colton and Sandra; and his brothers, Gordon and Randy Smith.
