He is survived by: his wife Ann Carroll; his son Mark Cole (Julie); his grandchildren, Jason, Emily, Hannah and Katie; his son Scott Cole (Cindy); his grandchildren, Sam, Taylor and Ben; his child Laurie House (Greg); his grandchildren, Stacy, Joe and Lauren; his daughter Terrie House (Derrick); his grandchildren, Andrew, Isabel and Daniel; and his in-laws, Susan, Bob Wender, Marilyn, Norm Assmann, Joe, Jan Carroll, Dave and Monica Carroll.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospital for children.
