We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2022, at the age of 93, Florence Ruby Emlinger of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, born in Tustin, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Florence Ruby Emlinger to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Blee Hatt and Bessie Hatt (Smith); her husband Russell Junior Emlinger; her granddaughter Amanda Palmer; and her siblings, Howard, Earl, Lavier, Blee Hatt, Ettie Kenyon, Lillian Livermore and Vera Husted.

She is survived by: her children, Duane Emlinger (Judi) of Ionia, Janet Gauthier (Dennis) of Shepherd, Jean Johnson (Vance) of Shepherd and Brenda Palmer (Joe Wohlscheid) of Mt. Pleasant; her grandchildren, Shane Gauthier (Carrie), Nathan Johnson (Kate), Nick Johnson (Nicole), Sarah Gauthier, Erik Emlinger, Shanna Burggraf (Adam) and Adam Palmer; and her niece Cindy Smith (Mike). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson.

Memorial contributions may be made to Central Michigan Free Methodist Church or My Mid-Michigan Hospice.
