He is survived by: his children, David Phillips (Jessica Downs) of Ferndale and Samantha Martin (Jeremy) of Bannister; his grandchildren, Daniel Gordon, Michael Gordon, Talan Jones and Natalie Martin; his great grandchild Hayden Gordon; his stepfather William Kennedy of Mt. Pleasant; and his brothers, Ronald Phillips of Mt. Pleasant and Doug Phillips (Mary) of Mt. Pleasant.
