He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neyer and Edna Neyer (Martz); his son Patrick Francis Neyer; and his brother-in-law Bud Woltz. He is survived by: his wife Carol Schafer; his children, Jerry Neyer (Joyce), Brenda O'Brien (Martin), Bryan Neyer (Yvonne) and Ronald Neyer (Christine); his grandchildren, Tori (Thomas), Joshua (Allyssa), Bo, Hannah (Jared), Dustin, Brendan, Hayley (Jordan), Sam, Austin (Katelyn), Heidie, Thomas and Drew; his great grandchildren, Willow, Harper, Kira, Emersen and Daemon; and his siblings, Mary Ann Woltz, James Neyer (Rose), Ginny Withey (LeRoy), Bill Neyer (Mary Jo) and Tim Neyer (JoAnn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
