It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol June (Hayward) Swetz of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ren Hayward and Lucy Hayward (Esterline); and her husband Joseph Swetz. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Bendele (Gerald) of Shepherd, Terry Swetz (Jiena) of West Point, Mississippi, Carolyn Epplett of Saginaw, Darlyn Curtiss (Jay) of Indian River and Garry Swetz of Mt. Pleasant. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
