Carol left this world on February 1, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Sturgis and Margaret Sturgis; her husband James Wezell; and her great grandchild Everest. She is survived by: her children, Jim Wezell (Kristi) of Battle Creek, Rich Wezell (Karen) of Corunna, Warren Wezell (Jill) of Williston, ND and Lisa Robertson (Jesse) of Shepherd; and her grandchildren, Alex, Jennifer, Angie, Shelby, Reyanna of Samantha, BJ, Mandi, Brandi, Cheyanne, Stephanie, James Rico, Skylar, Emily and Kady. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
