He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Pelcher (Pamp) and Clinton Pelcher Sr.; his siblings, Phoebe Pamptopee Sickal-Desmet and John Pelcher; his father-in-law Robert Sanford; his sister-in-law Linda Joy Sanford; his husband Mark Sanford-Pelcher; his brothers, Clinton Pelcher Jr. (Honey), Steven Pelcher (Susan), Milton "Beaver" Pelcher (Marcia) and Earl Pelcher (Mary); his mother-in-law Elizabeth Sanford; and his siblings-in-law, Gwendolyn Sanford and Bob Sanford (Nancy). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
