Betty Jeanine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Collom and Jeannette Collom (Wynkoop); her husband William Arbour Sr.; and her daughter Loretta McLain. She is survived by: her children, William E. Arbour Jr. (Nicole), Marianne C. Arbour-Dobbs (Kevin), Aimee J. Arbour and Annette C. Arbour; her grandchildren, Catherine Potter, William E. Arbour III, Jonathon Dobbs, Joshua Dobbs, Charlotte Leslie and Matthew Leslie; and her great grandchildren, Analisia, Brooklyn, Victoria, Mecca, Madison and Collin.
